IET events this July

Put your questions to the IET’s Board of Trustees, attend a regional Present around the World final, or for US-based gaming fans, visit the office of Blizzard Entertainment!

This month there’s a wide range of different IET events taking place across the UK and beyond. Several regional Present around the World finals are taking place, a selection of Lifeskills workshops are available and there are also several interesting lectures happening.

A special Engineers Question Time is taking place on 6 July, giving members the chance to put questions directly to the IET’s Board of Trustees, so if you’ve got a burning question you’d like answered, now’s your chance.

Those after a bit of fun may want to check out the latest Pythagorean Cabaret, while videogame fans will be stoked to find out the IET has arranged a visit to a Blizzard Entertainment facility, the company behind the world’s biggest MMO, World of Warcraft.

Below are a few of our highlights for the month, but also be sure to check out the full IET events listings to find out about everything taking place near you.
