This month why not find out more about applying for professional registration, get out and attend a technical visit or even enter a competition to travel the world?

The IETs event calendar is jam-packed this month, with everything from industry visits and lifeskills workshops through to information evenings on professional registration and expert lectures.

 This month sees the start of the first heats in the IET's Present around the World competition. Theres still time to apply, so be sure to find out when your local heat is taking place.

There are also a wide variety of technical visits and workshops planned for February, plus this yea'rs Touring Lecture series hits the road this month, delivered by Dr Robert M Pepper, Vice President of Global Technology at Cisco.
