Google+ training aimed at business users

Social media consultancy Intranet Future has launched what’s claimed to be the first UK training course focusing on Google’s recently-launched social media network Google+ has been launched. 

“The advantage of using Google+ is that it enhances company profiles and brands on Google search results and aims to give businesses the skills, knowledge and tools to engage with their customers, while social networking,” says Jonathon Pollinger founder of Intranet Future. “Small businesses and freelancers are curious to see how Google+ can promote their businesses compared to other social sites.”

The first Google+ training workshop is scheduled  for 19 October in Cheltemham, and priced at £77 per delegate. It programme includes: Google+ explained (Circles, Sparks, Hangouts, Huddles) and Optimising Google+ profile setup.

Intranet Future was launched in 2009 with the aim to offer businesses and individuals’ advice on social media networks. The company also offers training sessions on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Foursquare.
