Kris Sangani is a senior staff editor and writer on E&T Magazine, published by The Institution of Engineering & Technology (IET), where he has been on staff for six years. He specialises in writing about and investigating the consumer technology industry – both software and hardware – as they relate to engineers who need to keep abreast of the latest trends, issues and engineering breakthroughs. In the past year, a number of his stories have been picked up by the national press and the broadcast media. Kris has 15 years’ experience as a technology journalist. He has written for The Daily Telegraph, The BBC and many leading UK and US technology trade titles. He also acts as a spokesperson for E&T Magazine in media interviews with the broadcast media and national press. He is a recognised expert in his specialist field and appears regularly on BBC and commercial radio as a consumer technology expert. He is also regularly quoted by the national and trade media. In 2011, Kris was shortlisted by The Professional Publisher’s Association (PPA) in the prestigious category ‘business writer of the year’.
